ROLE: Programmer Analyst / Production Support (AT&T SORTS)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Worked on SORTS project an AT&T & SBC E-Works undertaking with a team responsible for development, maintenance and production support.
Programmed database modules in Oracle 9i PL/SQL stored procedures/packages.
Developed web application modules on ColdFusion using components CFCs (OOP) on FuseBox 4 MVC framework.
Developed ColdFusion 8 - CFMs, CFCs and Custom Tags extending Java Objects and JRUN Servlets on the application.
Performed Unit, Integration and System Testing on application modules and prepared different technical specification documents.
Responsible for production support and troubleshooting service order issues monitoring of Cron logs, application logs and transmitted input files and fixing issues in batch transactions using Oracle 9i PL/SQL.
Developed PERL Daemons capturing real-time “Print Spool Files” transmitted from mainframe to database servers via Connect Direct and convert to Service Order Requests.
Programmed UNIX Shell Scripts for batch operations implementing SQL *Loaders & Java.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Developed significant core modules in the SORTS system and gained excellent feedback from AT&T team for successful project completion
