ROLE: Programmer Analyst / Production Support (AMDOCS & AT&T)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Worked on the billing project of AMDOCS and AT&T engagement as part of Billing Control Operations (BCO) and Telecom - Billing Operations System Support (T-BOSS) team.
Performed Impact Analysis and prepared different technical specification documents.
Designed & developed the application architecture of AT&T INTEC billing module using Pro*C, PL/SQL stored procedures/packages and UNIX shell scripts.
Developed Order management system using FIX Protocol.
Programmed Unix Shell & Pro*C/C++ scripts invoking Stored Procedures/Packages, SQL Cursors & SQL-Loaders for batch CRUD operations in the database.
Designed and developed various “MAKEFILE” s for Pro*C or mixed C/C++ compilations.
Designed secure file transfer mechanisms between windows and UNIX server using Certificate Exchange / Java Stored Procedures.
Configured SCP / SFTP channels on production servers for transfer of critical data and exchanged RSA/DSA Certificates for acquiring trust mutually between servers.
